Nowadays, more and more people like to doing sedentary activities than doing physical activities. I'm also like the sedentarty activities. I would rather staying at home and sit in front of computer one day instead of going out; rather watching favourite television than having a sweaty workout; and rather than checking my e-mail than shovelling snow.
First of all, I don’t like to doing execrise outside.The reason is that doing execrise outside is easy to make people sweat and I don’t like the feeling of sweating. It will make me feel uncomfortable.
Secondly, we can do lots of things at home with small consumption of body power than doing execrise outside. We can playing the computer game, watching favourite TV shows and so on. Those inside activities is more fun than doing exhausted exercise outside. We can know what happen to the city, what happened to the world all through the Internet. In the other words, we can learn more things staying at home than doing exercise at outside.
Thirdly,doing exercise outside is really unconvenience. Doing exercise outside is not the thing you want do and then you can do, you have to considered about weather. Sometimes the weather is really cold and the other time the weather is extremly not.
In the all, comparing with doing execrise insides and outsides, I prefer the indoor activities because it's convenience, comfortable and fun.
